DESCRIPTION

Also known as 'bogolan', Mali mud cloth is one of Africa's most unusual textiles. Narrow strips of handwoven cotton are stitched together into a large cloth, then painted with patterns and symbols using a variety of natural dyes, including river mud that has been aged up to one year. Complete natural goodness! We include them in our offerings to you as Mali isn’t so far from Morocco. This white option with burnt orange strips will bring warmth and style to any home!
