The pattern on this Beni Ourain is described as unique for a reason: the brown motifs on the cream ground follow a less structured, more individual path than the standard diamond-field format. This is the improvised end of Beni Ourain weaving, where the weaver worked with a personal visual language rather than a traditional template.
Nearly square at 252 x 208cm, a format that suits bedrooms and square living spaces. Handwoven in 100% wool in the Middle Atlas. Vintage, professionally cleaned before shipping.
