Burnt rust and earthy green are the colours of the Middle Atlas in autumn: the rusted clay of the hillsides, the dark cedar forests. In a Beni M'Guild rug these tones appear alongside the tribal geometric patterns that have been woven in this region for generations.

The vintage patina has settled the colours toward softer, more faded versions of the originals. At 310 x 185cm, a room-scale piece with the dense Beni M'Guild pile that improves with age. Handwoven in 100% wool.
